Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Able to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends.
• Preferred: restaurant, retail, or guest service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service by engaging with guests and listening carefully to needs.
• Hand-craft beverages to Caribou standards and serve food offerings per SOPs.
• Take guest orders and manage cash drawer following cash handling policies.
• Maintain a clean, organized store by following sanitation and cleanliness standards.
• Be flexible, support team, and adapt to changing priorities as directed by leaders.
