Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to work mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provides incredible guest service by developing personal ongoing relationships with guests.
• Hands craft beverages to order per Caribou SOP.
• Prepare and serve food offerings to SOP.
• Floats between barista and guest service and supports all team roles.
• Takes guest orders, manages cash drawer, and follows cash handling policies.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization in the store.
• Actively anticipates future guest needs and supports the team.
