Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends.
• Preferred: Restaurant, retail, or guest service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides incredible Guest Service by developing personal ongoing relationships with guests and practicing active listening.
• Hand-crafts beverages to order per Caribou standard operating procedures and heats, prepares, and serves food offerings to standard.
• Floats between barista and guest service, handles guest orders and cash, maintains cleanliness and organization, and supports the team as needed.
