Job summary

Caribou Coffee Monticello is seeking a Team Member who will be the heart of the guest experience, delivering exceptional service, crafting world‑class beverages, and bringing Caribou's Purpose and Values to life in every interaction. You will develop personal relationships with guests and anticipate needs with product knowledge and hospitality.

You will float between barista and guest service, take orders, manage cash, keep the store clean, and work with a learner's mindset.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide incredible guest service, develop relationships and anticipate guest needs.
• Hand-craft beverages to order and serve food offerings per SOP.
• Take guest orders, manage cash drawer, and follow cash handling policies.
• Keep store clean, organized and stocked; support team with shared responsibilities.
• Demonstrate Caribou values in daily interactions and show a learner's mindset.
