Qualifications

• Ability to work at least one of the following: early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding Guest Service by building relationships and listening actively.
• Hand-craft beverages to Caribou standard operating procedures.
• Heat, prepare, and serve Caribou food offerings per SOPs.
• Take orders, manage cash drawer, and follow cash handling policies.
• Keep store clean, organized and well‑run, following sanitization standards.
• Collaborate with team and adapt to changing priorities.
