Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Availability for early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service and build relationships with guests.
• Hand‑craft beverages to order per Caribou standards.
• Prepare and serve Caribou food offerings following SOPs.
• Assist across roles in the store and support team members as needed.
• Take guest orders, manage the cash drawer, and follow cash handling policies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization to ensure a well‑run store.
