• Provide excellent Guest Service by developing personal relationships with guests.
• Practice active listening and connection with guests.
• Make enthusiastic and knowledgeable beverage/have recommendations to delight guests.
• Floats between barista and guest service and supports team as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization per SOPs.
