Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays and weekends.
• Restaurant, retail, or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional Guest Service and build relationships with guests.
• Craft hand‑made beverages to Caribou standards.
• Prepare and serve Caribou food offerings per SOPs.
• Balance cash drawer and follow cash handling policies.
• Keep store clean and organized and uphold safety standards.
