Qualifications

• Previous experience in a restaurant, tasting room or hospitality setting preferred.
• Must be 21+ and able to speak/read/write English
• Strong customer service mindset and wine interest
• Flexible schedule including weekends/holidays

Responsibilities

• Welcomes guests and helps create a memorable tasting experience.
• Responds to guest requests and communicates needs to guides or managers.
• Accommodates special requests and ensures smooth service flow.
• Clears tables and transports glassware and dishes for washing.
• Resets tabletops and maintains clean seating areas.
• Inspects restrooms and maintains cleanliness and restocking.
• Assists with pre- and post-shift setup and cleanup.
• Restocks wine, merchandise, and collateral materials.
• Supports Wine Guides with timely replenishment of supplies.
