Job summary

Six Flags is seeking a Will Call and Guest Services team member to warmly welcome guests, assist with ticket sales, and resolve inquiries at the park entrance. You will be one of the first and last contacts for guests, helping ensure a smooth, enjoyable visit from arrival to departure.

Responsibilities include processing payments, assisting with season passes and memberships, and providing accurate information.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Excellent guest service and interpersonal skills.
Enjoy interacting with guests and creating a welcoming experience.
Willingness to engage with guests and answer questions.
Strong problem-solving and composure under pressure.
Must remain calm, professional, and responsive under stress.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay accurate.
English reading and speaking fluency; multilingual preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Handle debit/credit and mobile payment procedures.
Provide accurate information to guests and assist with Season Passes and memberships.
Use POS and season pass systems to sell tickets and look up information.
Process various ticket transactions, with or without coupons.
Ensure guest safety and satisfaction during park visits.
Address guest concerns to maintain high service standards.
Maintain image, cleanliness and courtesy across duties.
Perform other duties as assigned.
