Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests as they enter the park, ensuring a smooth experience.
• Process various ticket media, including One-Day Tickets and Season Passes.
• Stock and issue park maps, buttons, and other guest engagement items.
• Demonstrate knowledge of admissions products including VIP Tours and dining plans.
• Work at the park exit to manage guest flow and attendance recording.
• Process parking transactions through a POS system in a timely manner.
• Direct guests through Toll Plaza parking booths and Park Entrance for speedy entry.
