Job summary

Braemar Field in Edina, MN is seeking a Guest Services I for a part-time role up to 25 hours per week. You will warmly greet guests, process payments, and guide visitors on facility reservations while keeping common areas clean and safe.

Responsibilities include assisting with check-ins for reserved times, performing custodian tasks, and reporting any facility issues or safety concerns promptly.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service and/or custodial experience preferred.
• Part-time schedule up to 25 hours per week.
• Indoors, temperature-controlled environment.
• Ability to greet guests and accept payments.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide customer service.
• Accept payments for daily passes, concessions, etc.
• Advise customers about facility time reservations and availability.
• Check people/teams in for reserved times and direct to appropriate facility.
• Perform routine cleaning and custodial duties.
• Ensure rules are followed and lobby areas stay clean.
• Remove snow from front entry-way sidewalk.
• Monitor building equipment and report issues.
