Dash In in Glen Burnie, MD, is hiring a Guest Experience Team Member for a 24/7 retail environment. The role offers full-time or part-time status with a pay rate of $15.50–$18.00 per hour, plus an overnight increment of $1 per hour.

You will assist guests, stock shelves, and keep the store clean. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, 1 year of retail experience, and flexibility to work varied shifts, including overnights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, or ability to complete our GED program.
• 1 year of retail customer service experience (preferred).
• Flexibility to work days, nights, overnights, and weekends.
• Authorized to work in the United States and 18 years of age or older.
• Successful completion of background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Outstanding Service: Assist guests with a smile, manage transactions accurately, and project a positive image of Dash In.
• Keep Things Stocked: Restock shelves and displays, ensuring products are organized and accessible.
• Maintain a Pristine Store: Sweep, mop, and clean both the interior and exterior, including restrooms, parking lots, and trash areas.
• Support the Team: Step in where needed, from cashiering to porter services, to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Handle Cash with Care: Follow company policies for accurate cash handling and recording.
