BWH Plant Co. in Orlando, FL is hiring a Guest Experience Associate for The Jungle Room. You will welcome customers, share plant care knowledge, assist with purchases, and help create a warm, educational shopping experience that invites repeat visits.

You will support events and community activities, maintain plants, and help keep the store organized and visually appealing. This role requires reliability, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a retail, hospitality, or customer service setting.
• Strong knowledge of plants and plant care.
• Outgoing personality with excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and multitask effectively.
• Reliability and flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.

About the Role

Guest Experience Associate is the face of our in-store experience at The Jungle Room by BWH Plant Co. This role is perfect for someone who is outgoing, passionate about plants, and dedicated to delivering top-tier customer service. As part of our Retail team, you’ll assist customers, support group workshops + local events, maintain and care for plants, and create a welcoming environment that fosters community engagement.

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year of experience in a retail, hospitality, or customer service setting.
• Strong knowledge of plants and plant care.
• Outgoing personality with excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and multitask effectively.
• Reliability and flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.

Schedule Requirements

• Must be available to work at least one weekend day per week.
• Flexible to work between 4-8 hour shifts.
• It must be available around major retail holidays/moments (e.g., Thanksgiving, Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother’s Day).
