Job summary

Grounded is seeking a passionate Plant Associate to help customers with plant needs and maintain vibrant plant inventory at our Washington, DC location. You’ll advise on plant selection, care, and placement, and contribute to a welcoming in-store experience.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, keeping plants healthy, maintaining inventory, handling cash, and supporting workshops and events in a fast-paced team setting. Weekend availability is expected.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of plant care and a desire to provide exceptional customer service. As a Plant Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining the plant shop, advising customers on plant selection and care, and contributing to a positive shopping experience.
