Job summary

Watson’s Greenhouse in Auburn, WA is seeking a part-time Fulfillment Associate to help keep displays stocked and plants thriving. You will unload, stage, tag, and organize products for the sales floor, while supporting daily fulfillment tasks in a fast-paced, friendly environment.

The role emphasizes clear communication, teamwork, and a willingness to learn. Prior retail or nursery experience is helpful, but training is provided as needed to grow with the team.

Position Requirements

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced retail environment
• Ability to lift or move up to 50 lbs. and push or pull wheeled racks weighing up to 100 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and perform physical activities including climbing, squatting, bending, reaching, and twisting
• Ability to work a flexible schedule during peak seasons, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require
