Job summary

Canaveral Port Authority in Florida is seeking full-time associates to support guests across Jetty Park, Maritime Center, and Special Events. Primary duties include cashiering, customer service, and basic ticketing using POS systems.

You will assist park and campground visitors, manage entrance, stock and organize retail items, and coordinate with other departments for events and after-hours activities. Strong communication, two years of customer service, and proficiency with Microsoft Office

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of two years of customer service experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; able to learn other systems.
• Must possess a valid Florida’s Driver’s License.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary customer service to all guests.
• Process guest entrance using POS systems and ticketing knowledge.
• Operate front desks and park store cashier duties.
• Maintain inventory and organize products.
• Coordinate with other departments for events and after-hours activities.
• Respond to guest questions and concerns.
