Job summary

R365hire is seeking a Front of House team member to welcome guests, take orders, handle payments, and maintain a clean dining area.

You will greet customers, provide menus, and answer questions about food and beverages while delivering orders promptly and accurately. The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to work flexible shifts to ensure great guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience in hospitality or retail.
• Excellent verbal communication with customers and team members.
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure.
• Collaborative work style and positive attitude toward colleagues.
• Willingness to work varied shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Capable of standing for long periods and moving quickly during busy periods.
• Knowledge of health and safety standards applicable to food service; willingness to obtain food handler certifications.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, provide menus, and answer questions about food and beverages.
• Take orders accurately and process payments using POS systems; ensure correct receipts and change.
• Deliver orders to tables or counters in a timely manner and assist guests as needed.
• Maintain dining area cleanliness and safety standards throughout the shift.
• Address and resolve customer complaints diplomatically to ensure satisfaction and reputational integrity.
