Job summary

Valor Hospitality Partners, LLC is seeking a Front Desk agent at Holiday Inn Lucedale to warmly welcome guests, check them in/out, and assist with reservations. You will quote room rates, upsell where possible, and coordinate with housekeeping to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent, plus 3–12 months of guest-relations experience. Strong computer and cash handling skills are essential for success at the front desk.
