Job summary

Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking a friendly Team Member to create a welcoming guest experience. You will greet guests, operate the POS, verify tickets, and share theater information while ensuring safety and cleanliness throughout the facility.

The role requires flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prioritise excellent customer service and accurate cash handling in a fast-paced cinema environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Energetic and friendly attitude during each shift.
• Provides excellent Guest service.
• Must communicate effectively in English.
• Able to work in a team and independently.
• Take and follow direction with urgency.
• Accurate cash handling and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Greets Guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner.
• Operates Cinemark’s POS system for all transactions on assigned register.
• Verifies tickets at podium and directs Guests to an auditorium.
• Ensures tickets are sold in accordance with MPAA rating system and policy.
• Provides pricing, movie information, and special events.
• Responds to guest questions in a professional manner.
• Maintains theatre cleanliness and safety across all areas.
• Prepares food and operates cooking equipment as needed.
• Cleans and sanitizes high-contact areas.
• Complies with local and state health laws.
• Assists with opening and closing duties as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
