Job summary

Cinemark Team Members provide a welcoming guest experience, working across Usher, Box Office or Concession roles as needed. You will answer questions, operate the POS, and ensure film and theatre information is accurate while maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.

The role requires flexibility to cover evenings, weekends, and holidays with a positive, energetic attitude and a focus on delivering excellent guest service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Completes basic food handling training and obtains local certification/health card if required.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Requires regular and consistent attendance.
• Energetic and friendly attitude during each shift.
• Provides excellent guest service.
• Interpersonal skills to communicate with all ages, genders, and personalities.
• Must converse in English.
• Ability to work in a team environment and independently.
• Ability to take and follow direction with urgency.
• Accurate cash handling and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner.
• Operates Cinemark’s POS system for transactions.
• Verifies tickets and directs guests to auditoriums.
• Provides pricing, movie and theatre information; answers guest questions professionally.
• Responds to phone calls and guest inquiries with quality service.
• Conducts theatre inspections to monitor presentation and safety.
• Keeps theatre areas clean and sanitized.
• Prepares food and operates cooking equipment as required.
• Complies with local/state/federal food safety laws.
• Monitors safety and security issues and reports to management.
• Assists with opening/closing duties as assigned.
