This role emphasizes guest service, POS accuracy, cash handling, cleaning, food prep and promoting store programs, with opportunities for shifts across mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be sufficiently proficient in English to understand policies, safety training, and job instructions.
• Available to work a variety of hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in procedures.
• Ability to handle challenging situations professionally and exercise good judgement.
• Able to work independently and in team settings.
• Must possess up-to-date food handling certificates, as required by law (in specific locations only).
• Cooking/Restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service; greet and thank customers with eye contact.
• Conduct all point-of-sale activities accurately and safely.
• Maintain cash drawer and complete end-of-shift reconciliations.
• Perform regular station cleaning inside and outside, including restrooms and pumps.
• Prepare food and hot beverages; manage ExtraMile/KKC offerings to maximize sales and minimize loss.
• Promote store specials and other marketing programs.
• Cross-check delivered goods for pricing accuracy.
• Distribute delivered goods and keep shelves stocked in-store and cooler areas.
• Observe local law requirements for fueling where applicable.
• May perform other duties as assigned by management.
