Chevron Stations Inc. (CSI) is hiring for a retail associate at our California/Oregon/Washington locations. The role emphasizes guest service, cash handling, food preparation, and adherence to safety and quality guidelines.

Flexible hours include mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays with opportunities for growth. Compensation ranges with weekly pay, plus benefits and a supportive team environment. Must be 18+ in CA/OR and 21+ in WA for certain shifts; visas not granted.

Qualifications

• Must be sufficiently proficient in English to understand policies and communicate with customers and coworkers.
• Available to work mornings, evenings, weekends, overnights and holidays.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to handle challenging situations professionally and exercise good judgement.
• Ability to work independently and in team settings.
• Must have up-to-date food handling certificates where required by location.
• Cooking/Restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service, greet and thank customers with eye contact.
• Handle point-of-sale transactions accurately and safely.
• Maintain cash drawer and reconcile at shift end.
• Perform station cleaning of indoor/outdoor facilities and restrooms.
• Prepare food and beverages, manage ExtraMile/KKC offerings.
• Promote store specials and marketing programs.
• Cross-check delivered goods for price accuracy.
• Distribute goods and keep shelves full in store and coolers.
• Observe local laws when fueling vehicles (where applicable).
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
