Job summary

The Ribbon at Glass City Metropark in Toledo, OH seeks a Guest Services Team Member to be the first contact for guests, provide information, register guests and process payments for leagues, camps and drop-ins, and uphold excellent service standards.

This part-time, non-exempt role requires excellent communication, the ability to multitask in a high-volume environment, and a friendly, professional demeanor with guests, athletes and visitors.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
• Ability to work with guests of all ages in a fast-paced setting.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Able to multitask and prioritize under pressure.
• Respectful and friendly to athletes, guests and staff.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide information and way finding as needed.
• Register guests and process payments for leagues, camps, clinics, drop-in, etc.
• Be knowledgeable about facility programs (format, pricing, meeting dates/times).
• Operate multi-line phones.
• Record waivers and event information.
• Print game sheets daily and maintain confidentiality of information.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally or direct to Manager.
• Enforce venue policies and complete daily assignments.
