Job summary

Romulus Athletic Center is seeking a Guest Services Team Member to join the Operations team in Romulus, MI. This part-time, non-exempt role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, guiding guests, processing registrations and payments for leagues, camps and events.

You will be the first point of contact, know the facility programs, operate phones, and support event activities with a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to multi-task in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Must have excellent guest service skills.
Must be detail-oriented with outstanding organizational skills.
Must work well with others and be a team player.
Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and long hours.
Commitment to safety and well-being of others.

Responsibilities

Greet guests and provide information and wayfinding as needed.
Provide courteous, first-in-class service to all guests.
Register guests and process payments for leagues, camps, clinics, drop-in, etc.
Be knowledgeable about facility programs (format, pricing, meeting dates/times).
Operate multi-line phones.
Record waivers and event information.
Record event scores and print game sheets daily.
Maintain confidentiality with guest and team member information.
Resolve guest concerns professionally or direct to the appropriate manager.
Know and enforce venue policies and procedures.
Complete special projects and daily assignments.
