Job summary

The Sports Facilities Management, LLC’s Lima Community Aquatics Park is seeking a part-time Guest Services Team Member in Lima, OH. You will be the first point of contact for guests and provide friendly, knowledgeable service about park programs and offerings.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, registering for leagues, processing payments, operating the ticket booth, handling cash, maintaining a clean space, and assisting managers with guest concerns.

Qualifications

• Flexible work schedule (nights, weekends, holidays) required.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Customer service and cash handling experience preferred or quick study.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide information, wayfinding and courteous service.
• Register guests and process payments for leagues, camps, clinics, drop-in, etc.
• Know and promote facility programs and pricing.
• Operate ticket sales booth and handle cash.
• Maintain confidentiality of guest and Team Member information.
• Resolve guest concerns and/or direct to Manager.
• Enforce venue policies and procedures.
• Facilitate kiosks and POS usage.
• Keep a clean, organized space and conduct regular walk-throughs.
• Complete special projects and other duties as assigned.
