The Ribbon at Glass City Metropark in Toledo, OH is seeking a friendly Guest Services Team Member to greet guests, provide information, and support events with a ready smile and high service standards. As a part-time, non-exempt team member, you will handle registrations, payments, waivers, and guest inquiries while maintaining venue policies and safety.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with the operations team to ensure a positive guest experience and smooth daily

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing environments preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide information and way finding as needed.
• Register guests and process payments for leagues, camps, clinics, drop-in, etc.
• Operate multi-line phones and record waivers and event information.
• Record event scores and print game sheets daily.
• Resolve guest concerns and escalate to Manager as needed.
