Job summary

RaceTrac is hiring Store Associates in the United States. You’ll ensure a clean, stocked and welcoming store, provide friendly service at the register or self-checkout, and suggest items to boost guest purchases.

The role supports a fast-paced, team‑oriented environment with flexible scheduling and opportunities for advancement. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, prior guest‑focused experience is a plus, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or in progress).
• Previous experience in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment is a plus.
• A team player who takes the initiative and enjoys working with people.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks.
• May need food handler or alcohol server permits depending on state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Delivering an Exceptional Guest Experience at the register or self-checkout.
• Suggest additional products to enhance guest purchases.
• Address guest concerns with urgency and involve managers as needed.
• Keep stores clean, stocked and organized; support inventory tasks.
