Job summary

RaceTrac in the United States is hiring a Store Associate to keep our stores clean, stocked, and running smoothly. You’ll deliver an exceptional guest experience at the register or self-checkout, stock shelves, maintain cleanliness, and assist with inventory while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or in progress).
• Fast-paced, guest-focused environment experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Willingness to obtain food handler or alcohol server permits as required by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Provide friendly, prompt service at the register or self-checkout.
• Suggest additional products to enhance guest purchases.
• Address guest concerns with urgency and involve managers.
• Foster a team-oriented, respectful work environment.
• Keep stores stocked and fresh.
• Ensure food and beverage items meet quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness in food prep areas and follow safety regs.
• Restock shelves, coolers, and displays.
• Keep store clean and welcoming inside and out.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking.
