Job summary

RaceTrac is hiring a Store Associate in the United States. You will deliver friendly service at the register or self-checkout, keep the store clean and stocked, and assist with inventory and promotions to support guest satisfaction.

We offer flexible schedules and opportunities for growth, with a focus on teamwork and a positive, welcoming store environment. Prior guest-facing experience is a plus; lifting up to 50 lbs is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or in progress).
• Prior experience in fast-paced, guest-focused environments is a plus.
• Team player with initiative and people skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• May require food handler or alcohol server permits depending on state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a superior guest experience at the register or self-checkout.
• Keep stores clean, stocked, and safe; restock shelves and display areas.
• Assist in inventory and price updates; manage promotions.
• Provide friendly service and resolve guest concerns promptly.
