Job summary

RaceTrac is hiring Store Associates to deliver an exceptional guest experience in a fast-paced, team-driven setting. You’ll help keep the store clean, stocked, and running smoothly while assisting customers at the register or self-checkout.

We offer flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with opportunities for hands-on training and internal growth. No college degree required; a high school diploma or GED is needed and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks like bending and standing.

Responsibilities

• Delivering an Exceptional Guest Experience at the register or self-checkout.
• Suggest additional products to enhance guest purchases.
• Address guest concerns with urgency and involve managers when needed.
• Foster a team-oriented, respectful work environment.
• Keep stores stocked, fresh, and clean; restock shelves and displays.
• Maintain food and beverage quality and safety in prep areas.
