Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Associate to greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience while adhering to safety, security, quality, and store procedures. You will operate the POS, maintain cash and inventory levels, and support housekeeping and replenishment tasks.

This role requires flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Training and onboarding support are provided.

Qualifications

• Flexible hours including day, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to perform basic computer functions.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to work in intermittent temperatures (outdoors, cooler, etc.).
• Ability to count, read and write accurately to complete required paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store policies and practices.
• Operate the point of sale per corporate standards; maintain cash, lottery, tobacco levels.
• Complete store housekeeping and stock replenishment; ensure in-stock conditions.
• Communicate guest requests and vendor concerns to management.
