Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Associate to greet guests and deliver an enjoyable shopping experience while ensuring store-level tasks run smoothly.

You will operate the point of sale, maintain cash controls, replenish stock, perform housekeeping, assist vendors, and support safety and security practices. The role requires flexible hours, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs in varying temperatures.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends or holidays.
• Ability to perform basic computer functions.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures including outdoors, cooler, etc.
• Ability to climb ladders & stairs, reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to count, read and write accurately for required paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Operate the point of sale per corporate standards and maintain cash, lottery, tobacco levels.
• Complete store housekeeping (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash).
• Replenish products and supplies to ensure in-stock conditions.
• Communicate guest requests and vendor concerns to store management.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines; conduct gas tank inventory and merchandising projects.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
