Bojangles' in Pelham, AL is seeking a Team Member to deliver high-quality guest service and prepare food to brand standards. You will greet guests, take orders, and ensure a clean, safe dining area while working with a friendly team.

Team Members are trained on more than one station, enjoy flexible schedules, and receive benefits including insurance and a 401k plan. Prior experience is welcome but not required; training is provided.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years of age.
• Dependable and coachable; able to learn quickly.
• Work experience preferred but not required; training provided.
• Able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a genuine smile and warm, inviting spirit.
• Provide excellent guest service and meet customer needs promptly.
• Use a headset to take orders and give directions when needed.
• Accurately capture orders and suggest menu additions.
• Prepare and serve food according to brand recipes and quality standards.
• Follow food safety, safety, and sanitation protocols.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized restaurant environment.
• Operate equipment safely and adhere to health department regulations.
• Keep accurate cash, sales, and inventory records.
