Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Associate to elevate the guest experience and support daily store operations in Worcester, MA. You will greet guests, operate the register, maintain in-store safety, and assist with replenishment and housekeeping to keep shelves stocked and welcoming.

The role requires flexible hours, basic computer skills, reliable transportation, and physical stamina to lift up to 25 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to perform basic computer functions.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store operations policies, procedures, and practices.
• Operate the POS and manage cash, lottery, tobacco levels.
• Complete store housekeeping tasks.
• Replenish products and supplies ensuring in-stock conditions at all times.
• Communicate with store management regarding guest requests and vendor-related concerns.
• Check in external and internal vendors per established guidelines.
• Conduct gas tank inventory and merchandising projects assigned by management.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
• Minors may ONLY use OSHA approved knives.
