Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Associate in Athol, MA to deliver a high-quality guest experience and support store operations. You will greet customers, run the POS, manage inventory, and help maintain a clean, organized store environment.

The role requires flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, or holidays, and to travel in/out of the store as needed. Prior customer service experience and basic computer skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Flexible hours including day, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Basic computer skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to access all store areas and perform paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Operate the point of sale and manage cash, lottery, and tobacco levels.
• Complete store housekeeping duties.
• Replenish products to ensure in stock conditions.
• Coordinate with management on guest requests and vendor concerns.
• Perform vendor check-ins and assist with merchandising projects.
