Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Associate to enhance guest experiences and support store operations. You will greet guests, process sales at the POS, and ensure shelves are stocked and the store remains clean and organized.

The role requires flexibility for day/evening/weekend hours, basic computer use, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Training and onboarding support are provided, with a focus on safety and customer service.

Qualifications

• Available to work flexible hours including day, nights, weekends and/or holidays.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to perform basic computer functions.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to access all areas of the store.
• Ability to climb ladders and reach or bend as needed.
• Proficiency with required paperwork and onboarding tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, and store operations policies.
• Operate the point of sale per corporate standards; manage cash, lottery, and tobacco levels.
• Complete store housekeeping (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash).
• Replenish products and supplies to maintain in-stock conditions.
• Communicate guest requests and vendor concerns to management.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
• Conduct gas tank inventory and merchandising projects as assigned.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
