Job summary

Target in Boston is hiring a Small Format Team Member to assist guests, stock shelves, and keep pricing accurate. You will contribute to a friendly, efficient shopping experience and support cashiering and backroom duties.

The role is fast-paced, physically demanding, and requires adaptability to varying shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays. Training is provided to develop guest service and store operations skills.

Qualifications

• Customer service focused role requiring helpful attitude toward guests and fellow team members.
• Ability to communicate across multiple frequencies and use scanners and related tech.
• willingness to work independently and in a team while maintaining accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by delivering on the following commitments: greet the guest at 10ft and 4ft, help locate products, resolve issues and thank guests.
• Work in all departments to keep the sales floor stocked, zoned and in stock; assist with truck unloads and price displays.
• Complete scans, conduct system audits and maintain inventory accuracy; support backroom daily/weekly tasks.
