Job summary

Target is seeking a friendly Small Format Team Member to help guests, stock shelves, and ensure a clean, organized store environment. You will greet customers, assist with finding products, operate scanners, and support cashiers as needed.

This role emphasizes teamwork, adaptability to a fast-paced setting, and a positive attitude. Training is provided, with opportunities to develop retail skills and contribute to a great guest experience.

Qualifications

• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed.
• Work both independently and with a team; resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience by greeting guests and assisting with needs.
• Help guests find items and resolve issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
• Maintain stock, signage and displays across departments and support cashiering and backroom tasks.
• Assist with truck unloads, backroom organization and inventory accuracy.
• Follow safety policies and contribute to a compliant work environment.
