Job summary

Target is hiring a Small Format Team Member in Cambridge, MA. You will help guests, stock shelves, and support daily store operations to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

You will work with a team across departments in a fast-paced setting, performing cashiering, stocking, and inventory tasks with attention to safety and guest satisfaction. Training and development are provided as part of your role, and shifts may vary across evenings and weekends.

• Able to work in a fast-moving, physically demanding environment

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience by greeting guests and assisting with needs
• Stock shelves and move merchandise to keep the floor in stock and well-presented
• Assist with cashiering, price accuracy, signing and backroom duties as needed
• Support team members and maintain a clean, safe store environment
