Job summary

Target is hiring for a Small Format Team Member in our Cambridge, MA store. You will deliver friendly guest service, stock shelves, operate cash registers and uphold daily store operations to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

You should enjoy helping guests, be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and be willing to work varying hours including nights, weekends and holidays. Training is provided to build skills and confidence.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience with friendly service.
• Greet guests and assist with their needs to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
• Help guests complete transactions and maintain stock across departments.
• Maintain clean store areas, signage, price changes, and inventory accuracy.
• Assist with truck unloads and backroom organization.
