Job summary

Dash In is seeking a Guest Experience Team Member in Prince Frederick, MD. Join a fast-paced, 24/7 retail concept focused on high-quality food service and elevated guest experience. Full-time or part-time roles available, with a pay rate of $15.50–$18.00 per hour plus overnight shift premium.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, retail customer service experience, and flexibility to work various shifts. Background checks and drug screening are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or willingness to complete company-paid GED program.
• 1 year of retail customer service experience (preferred).
• Flexibility to work days, nights, overnights, and weekends.
• Authorized to work in the United States and 18 years of age or older.
• Successful completion of background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service to guests with a smile; manage transactions accurately.
• Keep shelves and displays stocked and organized for easy access.
• Maintain a pristine store, including interior, exterior, restrooms, and parking areas.
