Job summary

Puttshack is seeking a Servers Assistant to join its hospitality team and help deliver an elevated guest experience. You will be responsible for timely food and drink service, cleaning and resetting tables, and supporting the service team while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

The role emphasizes teamwork, multi-tasking and strong guest service skills, with scheduling that can vary across a seven-day operation. Training provided and tips are available.

Qualifications

• Prior hospitality or food/beverage experience.
• Strong level of emotional intelligence and self-awareness.
• High standards of guest satisfaction.
• Ability to obtain required licenses/certifications for location.
• Experience safely transporting food and beverage.

Responsibilities

• Bring your 'A' Game every day and anticipate guests’ needs.
• Greet guests warmly and assist service team with food and beverage service.
• Deliver food and drinks following steps of service.
• Clean, sanitize and reset tables and service stations.
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines and work as a team.
