Wawa is looking for a Customer Service Associate (CSA) to be the friendly face greeting and serving customers, ensuring a quick and courteous experience.

The role includes preparing breakfast items, built-to-order sandwiches, beverages, and pizzas, operating the register, handling payments, fueling tasks, and assisting with lottery and ID verification while keeping shelves fresh and the store welcoming.

Qualifications

• Must be 16+ years old with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage with customers to ensure their needs are met quickly and courteously.
• Prepare food items such as breakfast items, built-to-order sandwiches, beverages, and pizzas; keep coffee station clean and organized.
• Operate the cash register, handle payments, activate fuel and gift cards, and assist with lottery and ID verification.
• Ensure stores are well-stocked, clean, and safe; perform housekeeping duties like dusting, sweeping, mopping and trash removal.
