Wawa, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate (CSA) to greet and serve customers, delivering the friendly, convenient experience Wawa is known for.

You will handle transactions, assist with fuel and gift cards, and ensure shelves are stocked and appealing. As part of a team, you will prepare breakfast items, sandwiches, beverages, and pizzas, maintain a clean coffee station, follow safety policies, and contribute to a positive store environment with flexible scheduling and growth

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service required.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be at least 16 years old and have reliable transportation.
• Team-oriented and collaborative work style.
• Hourly range: $17.25–$21.25 and is commensurate with position, experience, and location.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage with customers to meet needs quickly and politely.
• Prepare food items such as breakfast items, build-to-order sandwiches, specialty beverages, and pizzas; keep coffee station clean and organized.
• Operate the cash register, handle payments, activate fuel and gift cards, and assist with lottery and ID verification for age-restricted products.
• Ensure shelves are stocked, fresh, and inviting.
• Help keep stores clean and safe by following all policies and guidelines.
• Complete store housekeeping duties including cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and trash removal.
