Job summary

The St. James Group seeks a guest services associate to greet guests enthusiastically and explain center rules. You will enforce waiver policies, handle money, and communicate clearly in a fast-paced, loud environment.

Applicants should be 16+, ready for nights, weekends and holidays, and comfortable speaking to groups while maintaining safety and superb service standards across the entertainment center.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Available nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests enthusiastically and provide extraordinary service.
• Explain the Active Entertainment Center floor and patron policies.
• Enforce waiver policies and safety procedures.
• Handle money accurately and process transactions.
