McDonald’s is looking for energetic team members to join the Guest Experience Team on the front lines of counter, drive-thru, and delivery handoffs. You are the face of the restaurant, delivering friendly service, accurate orders, and a warm, can-do attitude.

You will engage guests, guide them through orders, and support ongoing operations in a fast-paced environment while learning leadership skills and advancing within the company.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take orders at counter, drive-thru, or kiosk.
• Prepare beverages in a barista-style manner with consistency.
• Assemble and present orders for Drive-Thru, Curbside, Lobby and Delivery handoffs.
• Hand off delivery orders to couriers professionally.
• Assist guests at self-order kiosks and ensure needs are met.
• Check in with guests after delivery to ensure satisfaction.
• Provide kids’ treats and ensure families feel cared for.
• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and patience.
• Coordinate with kitchen to keep service smooth.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming dining area.
