McDonald’s is hiring a Guest Experience Leader in our restaurant to greet guests, help with ordering and kiosks, and ensure guests have a great experience. You will work in a fast-paced team environment, assisting guests and addressing feedback while supporting overall operations.

The role is part-time with a schedule between 8am and 8pm, offering competitive pay, education opportunities, and meal discounts. No prior experience required, just a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Availability to work across a schedule that includes mornings to evenings.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests and communicate with them while ordering.
• Assist guests with using the ordering kiosks.
• Provide extra hands to those in need.
• Check with guests after food is served to ensure satisfaction.
• Ensure kids receive a kid treat when appropriate.
• Address guest concerns and escalate when needed.
• Share feedback and recommendations with the restaurant team.
