Job summary

High's is seeking friendly Customer Service Representatives/Cashiers to join our neighborhood store in Galesville, MD. We operate under a Fast, Fresh & Friendly motto and hire both part-time and full-time team members, with opportunities for advancement and training.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, executing selling initiatives, and following all store policies. A retail background and basic computer literacy are preferred; must be 16+ to apply.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in a retail environment, preferred.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to store operations procedures, policies, and guidelines.
• Properly execute selling initiatives and provide value to the customer.
• Follow all food service programs, procedures, and sanitation requirements, if applicable.
• Greet and communicate easily with customers.
