Job summary

Global Partners LP is hiring a Guest Service Associate to deliver top-notch guest experiences and support store-level tasks. You will greet guests, operate the POS, manage cash and inventory, and ensure safety and cleanliness throughout the store.

Flexible hours may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Candidates should have reliable transportation and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Company offers health insurance and 401(k) benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous guest service or retail experience preferred.
• Ability to operate POS and cash handling accurately.
• Strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Operate the POS and manage cash, lottery, and tobacco levels.
• Keep store clean and stocked, perform housekeeping tasks.
• Replenish products and maintain in-stock conditions.
• Communicate guest requests and vendor concerns to management.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
• Assist with gas tank inventory and merchandising projects.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
• Minors may only use OSHA approved knives.
